What is Set  Theory?

The idea of a set is often used in daily life events to classify and group objects together. For example, we say V is a set consisting of all vowels in the English alphabets

So, a set is simply a collection of objects. A particular element of a set is often called a member. A, E, I, O,U are all members of set V.

Set theory is a branch of mathematics that deals with the properties of collections of items or objects. Understanding set theory enables us to analyze, classify, and express information acquired.
