It makes much more sense to group the data into intervals.
- Generally, statisticians prefer 5 to 20 intervals, but it depends.
Interval width
- Sometimes, we round the number UP to make it nicer.
A number is included in an interval if that number
- is GREATER than the lower bound.
- is LOWER or EQUAL to the upper bound.
The relative frequency is the frequency of given interval as part of the total.
