Ingredient:

  1. Pasta 250g
  2. Breadcrumbs 100g
  3. Cooking Cream 600g
  4. Butter 20g
  5. Flour 20g
  6. Parmesan Cheese 30g
  7. Cheddar 100g
  8. Emmental Cheese 100g

Instructions:

  1. Boil macaroni with salt over high heat
  2. Add cream to pot and stir.
  3. Add butter and stir, then add flour and stir.
  4. Whisk until it thickens and starts to boil.
  5. Remove the heat
  6. Add the cheese when it starts to boil and must stir. Do not stop stirring.
  7. Pour both cheese sauce and macaroni into a tin.
  8. Bake in oven at 180°C for about 3-5 mins. If need, bake longer.
