Ingredient:
- Pasta 250g
- Breadcrumbs 100g
- Cooking Cream 600g
- Butter 20g
- Flour 20g
- Parmesan Cheese 30g
- Cheddar 100g
- Emmental Cheese 100g
Instructions:
- Boil macaroni with salt over high heat
- Add cream to pot and stir.
- Add butter and stir, then add flour and stir.
- Whisk until it thickens and starts to boil.
- Remove the heat
- Add the cheese when it starts to boil and must stir. Do not stop stirring.
- Pour both cheese sauce and macaroni into a tin.
- Bake in oven at 180°C for about 3-5 mins. If need, bake longer.
