To be honest, this is the most frightening video I’ve popped in the VCR yet. You’re reading that serial number right - “CTAA.”

Before I focused on the 20th century, I used to study the Civil War. Imagining a world where the Confederacy won the war is frightening to say the very least - would it be a land of oppression? Slavery? That's a nightmare.

I’m still trying to puzzle this all together. This I know: The South lost the war. Slavery was destroyed. It’s been a hard fight but Civil Rights achievements have at least been partially made, right? All that did still happen, right? Because if not, I’m not sure how to go on…

Speaking of feeling like things are slipping away - can anyone find a link to the tape I uploaded on Wednesday?

I tried to go back to see if anyone had commented about the ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs and what the warning message translated to. But looking through my channel, I can't even find the video on the backend. Not “unlisted” or “private.” Just not there. And it’s not in my folder where I’m storing all my digital versions either. Worse, I think I misplaced the original VHS after I digitized it - it’s not in the box with the others.

Anyone able to help? Anyone have the link in your browsing history or something maybe? Please?
