OK, so now these are getting weird.
Well, they’re getting weirder. They have always been weird. I think this is the next tape in the series, but the “official” looking date on the slipcase is all wrong. Someone did scribble under it “920409” so I’m pretty sure it’s next.
I know I’ve talked about how I’m more comfortable with documents than video before, so I was thrilled when another document slid out of the slipcase alongside the VHS. It’s a page torn from the Federal Register. I've used that for research before; it’s basically the official document storage collection for the U.S. government. If you need to find a proclamation or official notice, it was published there.
This one is a Presidential Executive Order. And like almost everything else in these videos - Google doesn’t help much (Sorry to insult your business daddy, YouTube). It definitely pertains to the videos, though, so I snapped a photo it and uploaded it:
