It feels really odd to call a warning video “comforting,” but that’s what I’m feeling from this.

After the giant fluctuations in each of these tapes, this one almost feels “normal” again? The events it's describing sound cataclysmic, but I’m starting to get comfortable with those dots and dashes at the beginning of these videos; they feel almost cozy now compared to what could have been.

Was? Will have been? Does that matter?

Does it matter what happened in the past? Does not knowing every detail hamper our ability to learn lessons? Draw conclusions? Apply teachings? Live?

This tape also had a document. It's another weird entry in my growing little collection. This one is some text of a Presidential address - an address that I can't find reference to anywhere. More evidence on the growing pile making me question everything. The good thing is, at least I'm getting more comfortable in that realm of uncertainty:

Citizens are advised to remain indoors. For the greatest safety, seek shelter within the lower floors of sturdy masonry structures built before 1975. Avoid contact with anomalous temporal objects or individuals, as the timeline will likely target their locations to correct for their presence in this era.
