We have many ideas!

Ideas are usually in abundance.

In a brainstorming session, it is often very easy to come up with a long list of ideas. However, just how many of these ideas will work?

In most projects, before we select the ideas, we need to identity the business and user needs.

Business vs User needs

Most projects need to meet both business and users needs.

Here are some business needs in the area of "order tracking". Flip the cards to view a possible idea targeting the need.

• Business Need A: Encourage self-service during delivery (support benefit)
• Business Need B: Show innovation in efficient delivery (competitive benefit)
• Business Need C: Encourage reordering and self-service (sales and support benefit)
