March 12, 1992 (FTAA Washington, D. C.)

At 2:45PM, a Weakened Temporal Barrier Status was observed at Franklin and West Cumberland counties.

Citizens are advised to monitor themselves and others, avoid locations associated with personal/communal trauma in the past or possible future, lock or unlock doors and windows based on temporal flow and shelter indoors until the all-clear was given, and remain tuned in to local broadcasters for instructions and updates.

March 19, 1992 (FTAA Washington, D. C.)

At 11:27AM, a widespread incursion of anomalous artifacts is detected in Washington County, Maryland and Franklin County, Pennsylvania. These artifacts appears to be semi-opaque green or purple crystalline structures, ranging from two to four feet. Spawn location appears completely random, both indoors and outdoors. They emit a low RF frequency, which may cause long-term health impacts after prolonged exposures. Purpose or function unknown, treat with extreme caution. If encounter, do not approach, touch, move or tamper, but report location to local civil/military authorities, who will coordinate with FTAA. Quarantine teams have been dispatched from Washington to chronographic shelters to coordinate removal & disposal. Remain tuned in to local broadcasters for instructions and updates.

March 26, 1992 (FTAA New Amsterdam City, New Amsterdam)

At 2PM approximately, Chambersburg received multiple reports of incursion of anomalous artifacts in Washington County, Maryland and Franklin County, Pennsylvania. These artifacts appears to be sealed envelopes, appearing inexplicably in residents’ homes. These letters address the residents directly, often indicating location and exact date and time. These letters appear to be from the residents’ descendants, asking for help averting a growing calamity. They may include specific personal details (foreknowledge included), intended to persuade recipients to action.

List of potential consequences of foreknowledge:

Residents are advised to not touch, open or tamper the letters; report the location to local civil/military authorities, who will coordinate with FTAA for removal; secure doors; vacate premises in waiting for authorities; and remain tuned in to local broadcasters for instructions and updates.
