ND1801 - 11/7/18: Payroll steals the Grimoire, a Holy Artifact on the level of the Staff of Solomon and the Mechanism. Issue is, this angers Astoria’s Division Alpha - which is a very serious deal - along with the Court of Heaven and the Dark. They decide to redirect the blame to the Third Cafe, and try to get Umbra off their trail.

C-TGG01 - 11/8/18: Manager lets them know that the other Indigo Organisations (sister organisations of Astoria), namely IRIS, have gotten involved. The others, one led by ‘Viktor’ called Freezerburn, and the other, Yaksha, led by ‘Hachiro’, seem to be inactive. The CaD decide to ask Big Guy to give the Grimoire to the Third Cafe to safekeep. He also asks New Guy to read the Grimoire.

TGG02 - 11/9/18: Big Guy makes it to the T.C. fine, and decides to stay there for a while. He mentions that the Wicked has been inactive, that Astoria has been staking out the T.C. and that the Dark have been really weakened ever since some sort of raid in October 2018, with only the Dark Triad (Umbra, Aka and Pleasant), Flanders and Mare remaining.

C-TGG03 - 11/10/18: New Guy mentions that he is definitely a human and not at all a demon and not at all from a certain plane of hell with a lot of water (mayda) and definitely unable to read High Demon (he can, but barely), which is a language hidden in the Grimoire. He warns the CaD not to say the transliterated words since they may be a spell.

C-ND1802 - 11/11/18: Payroll mentions that the Dark’s been quiet, and wonders who they’re recruiting to fill in their holes in the membership. She decides to get the O.C. to regroup and plan for future attacks.

TGG04 - 11/12/18: Big Guy makes it back, and shares some plans should the T.C. be attacked. Plan 1 is to teleport it to the O.C., if that fails they send it to T.C.’s 323 (Daniel Hamilton Jr.), and Plan 3 wasn’t discussed. Also, the events in Twice Third Temple were apparently resolved dealing with ‘a customer named Eden, a certain seed, and [Beelzebub]’.

C-ADP01 - 11/13/18: H.R. meets a possibly-Angel with a snake who asks if they’re in a Cafe and Diner, then when it noticed nobody’s around it just leaves and says that it would return when the hour is right, letting them know to stay in the light.

C-BRV01 - 11/14/18: The T.C. gets attacked by Umbra and a member of Astoria 23rd’s Bravo team known as Duplicity, as well as a girl called Anastasia, codenamed Slon. Payroll hopes that 2213 will send the Grimoire to them, hopefully, but in the meantime all its CaDComs have gone silent.

C-ADP02 - 11/15/18: The angel introduces himself as Alaric Austere, and introduces his talking snake as Daichi. Daichi mentions that he and Jericho/Manager worked together in IRIS in the past, and the two volunteer to help the CaD.

C-ND1803 - 11/16/18: Payroll says that Umbra basically travelled to another dimension, along with his two accomplices (Duplicity and Anastasia/Slon) and the Third Cafe. Slon can open portals to other dimensions, as long as she has a fetish - an object imbued with supernatural power, not any other definition don’t be weird - or any sort of object in said dimension. With Umbra gone, presumably Aka or Pleasant will be in charge, with Mare and Flanders active as well. Payroll mentions using her ‘Red Eye’ to see what Aka’s doing, but that would apparently be pretty bad. (it’s probably either a VERY vague reference to Lucifer somehow, linked to her former codenamed ‘Scry’ or linked to Aka’s strange ability to cause her to bleed from her eye in C-DDD05.)

TGM01 - 11/17/18: New Guy gets a gift of overalls which allow him to walk amongst regular people without being spotted - which is necessary since he’s totally not a demon no not at all.

C-TMG02 - 11/18/18: H.R. wonders who gave New Guy the gift, suspecting Alaric and Daichi - though that would be unlikely, due to the unnecessary subtlety. H.R. also gets a gift of her own, which is capable of blocking out dreams. Her dreams are prophetic (probably), but at the same time they prevent her from getting much sleep, so it’s a double-edged sword.

C-TMG03 - 11/19/18: Big Guy warns against the gifts, mentioning that they’re actually cursed with the thing they want the most (being normal, sleeping well) and yet are unobtainable. He tries to destroy his, to no avail. Then he changed his deepest desire to be to figure out how the gifts operate, and basically - the gifts are indestructible and cannot be re-gifted, can be found by anyone, will change shape while wrapped but not when unwrapped, cannot be rewrapped, and gifts will be given once per day, each better than the last. He warns everyone to look out for Manager’s gift, since apparently that’s pretty serious. Also, he’s pretty sure the gifts are from an Elder.

C-BRV02 - 11/20/18: Payroll gets in touch with Nick Langley, still working as a spy against A23. Basically - Astoria views themselves as the good guys, with the CaD as ‘eh’. Being a spy for the CaD, thus, is annoying but overlookable. Working for the Dark, however, is certainly not. Duplicity - also known as Agent Webber, or Robert Wolzek - is apparently from an alternate timeline known as the Tuskkin Cycle, which would be surprising except that he’s from Division Beta. Apparently they’re for dealing with extra-dimensional threats. Anyway, Duplicity can create clones of himself.

C-TGM04 - 11/21/18: H.R. and New Guy eventually give up their gifts to Big Guy. They also find Manager’s gift, though strangely New Guy gets another gift afterwards. H.R. expresses doubt that they can keep dealing with the gifts, either through the sheer quantity of gifts or the quality of them eventually. She also wonders why Payroll didn’t get one, since she’d be more vulnerable to a cursed gift. The gifts have also started to be signed by ‘the Gift Man’.

C-BRV03 - 11/22/18: Manager mentions that Astoria, IRIS, Yaksha and ‘Freezer’ (the Indigo Organisations; sister-groups to Astoria) have all been on high alert for Duplicity. He suggests that with Umbra gone, they can also probably try to counterattack against the Dark. He’s also pretty happy Alaric wants to join, and mentions that he’s worked with Daichi in the past in IRIS.

I think. There’s a lot of slang in the report.

ADP03 - 11/23/18: 8, or Payroll, formally announces that Alaric and Daichi - now Cashier and Quality Control - have joined the O.C., with Cashier working to find Duplicity and Daichi trying to ‘look at [their] book scans’ (reference to the Grimoire, probably). She also mentions that with an Angel officially with them, the Court of Heaven probably won’t be too pushy trying to get the Grimoire.

C-TGM05 - 11/24/18: Big Guy fights the Gift Man. He mentions that the Gift Man’s 8-9 feet, very skinny and barely humanoid, wearing a white face mask with a thin smile. Of course, that might not be his actual form. Also, he’s working with the Dark at the behest of Umbra.
